"And indeed we have said very clearly on several lists today that this update is not good news..." The latest update is really about prepping the iTunes client for the new iPhone operating system among other mundane matters to mere mortals, accessibility considerations (and bear in mind Apple are a mainstream developer not an AT vendor) lands some way down the list after improving monetised revenue. A general point can be considered here that if one uses third party support for applications that perdiocially update one should be circumspect about the update if you depend on that application. I have in the paast expressed similar cautions wih regard to IE8.0 on the basis that it may form one part of your whole setup which may be broken by the update unless proper research is carried out.
