[access-uk] Neo Speech installation problem

Hi,
I'm posting here hoping a System Access user can help. I can't seem
to install my Neo Speech voices. I also can't find the Dectalk UK
voices but that's fine as I prefer the US ones anyway. I reinstalled
a while back but I have repaired to try and get the voices back but
haven't managed it. The error is below, it is long!
