Hi Pele, Why don't you want to reinstall the software? I would uninstall it then reinstall it. All the best Steve -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Pele West Sent: Wednesday 20 August 2008 11:58 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Nebula DigiTV usb Box Hi Everyone I have a USB Nebula DigiTV box connected to my PC. This worked fine until a few weeks ago when it generated an error report and stopped playing. After an Autotune it worked again, but the channels were in a strange order. I think they were sorted by multiplex. Also, I could not key in some of the channel numbers. After a few more days during which time I tried various settings, I did another autotune. Now I cannot key in any of the channels. I can go to the stations using the menu, but I like to be able to key in the channel numbers. The TV menu starts with Channel 4 and the Radio menu starts with heart. I have Sort by LCN checked, so the channels should be sorted by their channel number. Short of reinstalling the software, does anyone have any suggestions as to how I repair this situation?
