Hi Henry.Definitely. The only thing that does not work at this time is the store. I guess the workaround is to install a demo of the latest JAWS and/or Window-Eyes as they both fully support iTunes including the store. If you just want to use iTunes for things like managing your iPod/iPhone/iPad, ripping from and burning to CDs, manage your music in general, etc, then NVDA will work absolutely fine and is fully accessible.
