[access-uk] NVDA Issue.

Hi guys, I am having a baffling Issue with NVDA latest ver.
Running windows8.1.
I have just noticed this, when I press say the right or left up or down
arrow key. The key you press is announced first. What I mean. If you happen
to be on the desktop and up arrow to the recycle bin. It will announce up
arrow before recycle bin. It does this with each and every key stroke.
Hope someone can advise or help with this Issue. It really is very annoying
