Peter,
Cursor down to the Send/Receive settings, and then tab until you reach
Show Progress. "Enter" on this and you'll be in that Show Progress
window that you want. Tab around again to locate a check box which you
need to uncheck. It says "Don't show this dialogue during send/receive.
(As it's checked, you'll need to uncheck it to see the window again the
next time around.)

Sorry Carol. Lost you. I'm looking for the window that shows your
download progress within Outlook. I accidentally checked the box to get
rid of it and want it back. Its not in Tools/Send/Recieve. Peter

Sorry, Peter, I've written lots of messages since this one so can't
remember quite how much you now need.

When the window comes up, I am pretty sure that JAWS will focus on it,
but in any case you can get to it with Alt+TAB.

I hope this is what you want but please explain if it's not.

Carol, can you give me more detail on where to find this? I'm using
Outlook 2000. Peter

Try

Alt+T Tools; cursor down to Send/Receive Settings and in that section
there's something about progress window. Hit the "P" and next time you
send/receive messages you should see that box.

There's a check mark in the box if you want to turn it off again.

On the matter of Outlook. I used to be able to see a window whenever
Outlook was checking for emails. I inadvertently checked that box one
day and haven't seen it since. I've looked all over to enable it again,
but I haven't found it yet. Does anyone know where to look and what to
check?

Peter, deleting an email adress only removes them from your contact
list, it does not block them, so they can still see you and contact you.
You need to go to options, privicy, in there you'll see list of people
that have you in their adressses, so when you find those that you don't
want any more, tab to "block" button, you will see that if you tab once
after the block button that that person is now in the blocked people
list and that if you shift tab there is "allow" button. HTH Vanja MSN

Hi all.
I foolishly added a few dozen email addies to my MSN Messenger. I've
deleted many of them, but I am still being contacted by folks who I
don't really know. I know I added them ages ago. I also know I deleted
them. So why are they still able to contact me when I launch MSN
Messenger? I'd like to get back to a half dozen or less and not be
bothered by other users who I added months ago, contacts I thought I had
deleted.

Peter
