Hi Amro,
Association is easy. Find a file type you want MaPlayer to open, press the
application key or shift F10, then down to Open With, then select the player
from the list, and tick the box that says always open with this program.

Sounds good actually! What most appeals to me is the tempo adjustment
feature. Two issues with this app though. I can't find a way to associate
file types with MaPlEr without making it my default player. Secondly, if
they expand the list of supported file formats to include Audible formats
I'll be splashing them €11 then!
