Hello Ibrahim,
there are no spoken prompts but it is possible to set the date and time by
counting the beeps. the default format is hour, minute, month, day and year.
you count the beeps and listen for a double high-pitch tone, and in the case of
hours and minutes it's 0, and for month and day it's 01. the year is 2009, so
for setting all the paremeters you count up from the double beep tone.

Just a quick question about this recorder if you'll oblige me since my wife
is getting one very soon. Do you know if the clock and alarm functions on
the device are accessible? I heard it said that they weren't.
