Hi Ian,

Many thanks for passing this on. Do you know where it will be possible to
download updates from, and also, how much they might cost? One final
question. In a lot of the blurb for this radio, it talks about an audio
instruction CD. I didn't receive one for my radio and wondered if I
should have or whether I have to request one.

Sorry if all these questions have been asked before.

Thanks

Mel

Subject: [access-uk] MEL'S SONUS ENQUIRY

Hi all,

Sorry for the delay in this posting but I've been off work with a shoulder
injury resulting from a combination of too much computer and some ten pin
bowling. Anyway, here's the response from Pure to Mel's enquiry about the
Sonus alarm. It seems that it bears out the experiences of Dave and Steve
who had posted on the matter. However, good news is also in the offing.

Quote: There is indeed a slight bug. I believe that the issue is in fact
that the SONUS sets itself up correctly, but announces the alarm
incorrectly. We have

already planned a fix for the next release.

Please send my apologies to the people on the list! Unquote
