I have an Acer Aspire 5735 laptop and the keyboard is very nice. It even has an integrated numeric keypad!

I am about to switch from a desktop to a laptop, but find the low-profile

Does anyone know of a laptop with a particularly tactile/well laid-out
keyboard, where you can find keys like the arrow keys, insert/delete, backspace
etc without having to fumble around?

Many thanks
