[access-uk] Kurzweil 1000 authorisation

Hi everyone,
Can I pick some brains....?
I have someone who has tried to install Kurzweil 1000 onto his netbook but when
he tries to authorise it it brings up the message that he needs to enter a name
and password. It gives a help line, in the states, but upon ringing it, it is a
wrong number; and the person at the other end isn't too happy as he gets this
call quite often.
Any help appreciated.
