Aren't you a Supernova user? Have you asked Dolphin Tech Support?

Subject: [access-uk] K1000 and an Optic Book 3800 scanner

Hi, Let me first apologise if you see this on a couple of different
lists. I'm using the latest version of K1000 running all patches and an
Optic Book 3800. Every time I scan using K1000 a dialogue pops up during
the scan. This takes the focus away from K1000 meaning that if I want to
do anything in K1000 while scanning is underway I have to alt tab back
into the program. Once scanning is finished the dialogue disappears and
focus returns to K1000. This means that if I'm reading in K1000 whilst
scanning I get a short message running at the same time as the reading
voice.
The second problem can be sorted by a settings change. The first is a
real neussance. I've been on the phone to Sight and Sound's Technical
support and whilst the lad did his best we weren't able to stop this
dialogue from appearing. It seems to be something to do with the twain
driver that runs the scanner. The dialogue seems to be related to
calibration.
Can anyone shed any light on this problem?
Yusuf
