Christopher, sorry I don't know where to find it. Mine was in the system
tray since new. It doesn't seem to appear anywhere else.

Ah, wonder if I have that? I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro A100. Where
would I find this utility? It's currently not in my system tray, but it
