[access-uk] Jart version 3 Wordpad replacement available

Just thought maybe anyone looking for a very good Wordpad replacement
could hardly do better than look at the recently released version 3 of
Jart. Interestingly, it detects if you are running a screen reder and
sweeps away the very graphical user interface with a classic Windows
dropdown menu style.
Another good feature is it'll run from an USB stick, so is portable.
Its free, but there is a slightly better paid for version.
