Apparently, the chip is set up to receive FM. I'm just going by stuff I
found on the net. Put Iphone fm radio app into google and it kicks out
several links about the rumour.

The iPhone does not have an FM antenna nor a FM radio in it so I don't know
how that could be done.

There's some great upgrades with the new operating system on the Iphone, but
I was disappointed not to see an FM radio app. Apparently, Apple are
developing an FM radio app but they are trying to make it so that you can
order the tune you're listening to from Itunes. Sounds pretty cool, but
when?
