Hi Roger,
You need the Rockbox utility to do that.
While I can't give you a tutorial on how to do it, there is plenty of Wiki
information on how to do it on the Rockbox web site.
There is an alternative, we at CRs can install it for you at a cost of 20 quid.

I have a Sensa Clip+ and want to install Rockbox onto it. I’ve been to the site
and can make no sense of it at all. If anyone can point me in the right
