[access-uk] Increasing Volume of ogg files

Hi,
Is there anything out there that does this? Someone on the PC audio list
once advised me there was a plug-in to add .og to MP3 gain, but when I asked
for more information they weren't at all forth-coming. I've taken a look on
the site, and am not seeing any such plug-in. All I can see is how to add
AAC support, so this might well be it I don't know.
