[access-uk] ITV player.

I've been catching up with programmes using the ITV player for some months now
but it's recently changed. I can watch the quick highlights of something like
Emmerdale for example, but when I select watch the full programme with the ITV
player, nothing happens. Does anyone know how I can get around this using Jaws
9?
It's very frustrating when it worked perfectly before.
I'd appreciate any help you can give me with this.
There's also a member of this list who's having the same trouble with Super
Nova so if you could help him too, That would be great.
