[access-uk] I pod menus

Hi I have been using an I pod mini for over a year and with a little sight I
can manage the menus with a combination of peering at them and memorising
them. To-day however I have managed to change the language to Japenese.
Does anyone on the list have any ideas on the layout of the menus. I know
that I can change the language back to English via the settings menu if only
I could find the bloody thing.
