[access-uk] How can I get my clicks back?

I seem regularly lose the click you hear when you enter on llinks.  THese 
sounds inevitably return after a while but what causes them to stop?
** To leave the list, send a message to:-
** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
** and in the Subject line type
** unsubscribe
** For other list commands such as vacation mode, send a message, to 
** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
