[access-uk] Help with Reading A Scanned Document

I received a scanned document but unfortunately it is an image. I used Adobie
8 Pro to convert but I got giberish. I wonder if there is a sighted person on
the list to whom I ccould send the image document first of all to see if you
can even read it and then I can try and move on to the next stage of making it
accessable.
