That was interesting.  I'll be looking up to see if that works in 2003.

Audrey, I much prefer to copy a previous sheet within a book, deleting all 
unwanted contents (or using one already prepared) so that formatting of cells 
is still there and can be used in the next sheet.

Just thought I'd mention that for your consideration before you go ahead.

I only have 2003 but write me off list if I can help further.
