Hi Richard
This can be easily rectified within JAWS V8 by working through the
following:
1. Go to
www.halifax-online.co.uk
2. When the site has loaded, press ALT+Shift+V for personalised verbosity
settings.
3. Press the letter F twice and you will reach Form Field prompts.
4. Press Space Bar repeatedly until jaws says "form field prompts use
longest".
5. Press Enter to save the settings.
Now try reading the security question using forms mode. You will find that
setting the option this way ensures jaws only acts in this manner for this
site and not globally which is what you want.
