Hi, I've just logged into my Googlemail account via the web to try and duplicate the problem, and I can see an option to switch to standard view, turn on chat (same as standard view, but enables chat I guess) and basic HTML. The standard view wasn't a link however as I was already viewing it in standard view. This was with JAWS 9 and IE7. Sorry about that. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Catherine Turner" <catherineturner2000@xxxxxxxxxxx>

Hi,

Last time I logged in to google mail on the web they had a link for "standard html view" or something like that. Logged in today and couldn't see that - has that disappeared?
