Hi Jonathan

Never ever used a + sign when subbing to a group before but if it works so be it.

The web address is as you say an alternative but will involve getting past a capcha and we all know the problems with those and us blind people.

If only Googlegroups will allow direct subbing by the mod as they always did up until just recently. But I suppose it's yet another fight against the spammers.

This is because you are all using a - when it is a +

eg: It should be

goldwave4theblind+subscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

You can also subscribe and read the archive at
http://groups.google.co.uk/group/goldwave4theblind/subscribe

I get exactly the same, an error message, when I try to subscribe.

Hi Roger,

I noticed the typo, but I'm still being sent an error message basically
saying that the message is undeliverable. I got the same message when I
tried to subscribe from home last night.
Very strange. I can't see where I'm going wrong!

Hi Jim

Typo I'm afraid. Should be:

goldwave4theblind-subscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Should now work better. I don't use JAWS so can't be any help with
scripts but some on the list do so I'm sure they'll help you out.

goldwave4theblind-sudscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I would subscribe you directly but Googlegroups seem to have removed
that facility and we've not found an alternative yet.
