[access-uk] Gold wave questions.

Hi all,
Firstly is it possible to burn MP3 tracks to a cd using gold wave. And also is
there anything out there, in an audio format, that will help me get to grips
with this program. Only I hate reading manuals, and I find that I can learn
quicker, when it's in an audio format. Thanks in advance for any help.
