Hi Carol I use gmail and it is set up in outlook expres. One thing you may help with is that I have only found one document, the official one about Google changing to Gmail, in the Help section which gives any guidance on changing your mail from a Googlemail to a Gmail address. I couldn't understand or follow what I was supposed to do and so far have had to give it up as a bad job, though I'd really like to change my address. If you can give me any steps to achieve this then that would be helpful.
I know another person on list wanted the details of removing messages from the inbox. I don't have them to hand but could find them again if that person would contact me off list and I can get to the computer for details.

But it's also quite possible one of us might be able to answer the question? Just guessing what the problem might be: If you've been locked out or lost the password or hacked and you provided *neither* a backup email, phone number or security questions, then I think you could kiss that account goodbye.
