[access-uk] Email Account Settings

Hi Guys

I need the correct email settings for my Virgin Media address, which is 
@ntlworld.com, which I intend using with Outlook.  I'd also appreciate the 
appropriate port settings.  If anybody can offer help and advice, that would be 
great.
