Glad to be of service!

When disk explorer started popping up with system boots on here after a WebbIE
update, it took some head scratching I can tell you before I sussed it out!

Cheers,
Amro

  Amro, spot on!

I've used this program before though and have never noticed this behaviour
until now. Guess that's why I didn't connect the action with the new
installation.

Anyway, sorted now, and thanks yet again to a list member.

I think this is the disk explorer app which's part of accessible and webbie
loading at start up. Just go to your start up folder and delete the disk
explorer icon. If the disk explorer icon is not in your start up folder then
look in all users>start up.

      Hi List.

Over the last few days, each time I start the PC it loads all the
required devices etc, but once that's done my local disk (C:) opens and disk
explorer show's me all my folders. And I then have to alt +F4 to get back to
the normal Desktop.

I've tried Googling for an answer, but solutions seem to relate to
Norton's Firewall which I don't use. Oh, and these answers also go back to 2006
at the earliest!

Can anyone suggest what may be happening here? And its an Xp system.

      Many thanks.

      Darran
