I'm wondering the same thing Barry. I'm more shocked that there is such a
thing as disability hate crime. I'm all too familiar with miki takers,
aren't we all but, disability hate crime sounds a lot worse, more sinister.

What is disability hate crime? Is it deliberate offensive actions against disabled people or is it some form of prejudice and discrimination?
