Mine came up for ages . . . but I don't see it often now, unless something 
sort of crashes.  Can't help much, except to say that you're not the only 
one.

Actually, DELL puts on loads of ropey software and we cleared out loads of 
mine when I first got my computer.  It's running really well now.
