Hi Trace,

Nothing to do with cleaning, it is the way DVD Extractor handles the audio
stream.

I think it is something to do with copy protection.

All the best

Steve

try cleaning it, yes, i know, you said it plays ok in your other player but
these things can be like that so, clean it first!!

Subject: [access-uk] DVD Audio Extractor problem

Hi all -

Just prying to rip the audio track off a dvd using DVD Audio Extractor; but
some strange reason, I keep getting the following message:

"CAN NOT READ THE SELECTED AUDIO STREAM"

This doesn't happen with any other dvd, and this particular dvd plays ok in
my dvd player, but when I try to listen to it using DVD Audio Extractor, I
get that above message.

Anybody got any thoughts?

Andy
