Hi Tom, 

Do you know the pop3/smtp for gMail and should I tick 'secure connection' or
not?

I've just set O E 6 up with Blue Yonder.
In the Pop3 edit box put:
pop3.blueyonder.co.uk
In the SMTP edit box put:
smtp.blueyonder.co.uk
