Hi Graham,
If you live in Devon, there is a pass known as "County Wide", obtainable through Social Services. These give half fare travel on buses and trains within the county. I believe residents of Plymouth have free bus passes.

Hi All
Does anybody know if there are any Concessionary travel schemes in the Devon
Area for registered blind and partially sighted people.
Thanks
