[access-uk] Cobolt online shop not currently accessible with IE7 and supernova on a machine running XP, is it me or the site?

Hi all,
I have just tried to access the Cobolt Online shop, and found that although
I could access the Cobolt website, when I clicked on the link for the
online shop, I got a message saying that there was an internal server
error. As the subject says, is it the website or me at fault?
