[access-uk] Can't play anything with BBC iPlayer

Hi, I've downloaded a programme, and when I click to watch I hear what I
assume is a BBC ident, and then silence. But a delivery manager pops up and
asks if I want to install a Windows Media Video 9 codec. I click yes every
time but nothing starts playing. So I exit and start all over again and just
end up going around and around in circles. Does anyone know what might be
going on? I've uninstalled the player and re-installed it already and that
changed nothing...cheers
