Hi,

Other option is to just press Key2, the right hand option key when the phone
rings. It will carry on ringing to the end user, but you will hear Talks
say the caller's name if they are in contacts, or a number if not.

All the best

Steve

Go in to automation tab of talks settings where one of the options is auto
ID.
