Subject: [access-uk] CD ROM drive (Drive E not showing up in my computer

Hi all,

On this Acer Laptop I have 3 drives: C: d: and E: for some reason I do not know what I have done to cause it but the E: drive is now not showing up in My Computer.

Can anyone suggest how I might get it back without having to return the laptop to Acer.

Please note that if I put a CD in to drive E I can hear that it is spinning round but even when a CD is inserted, the drive fe does not show up in My Computer.

Thank you in advance for any help.
