[access-uk] Broadband Dongle

i am wondering about these as a friend has mentioned it to me. What is the
most accessible one in terms of Service Provider etc? I am also wondering if
Walking hotSpot and JoikuSpot do the same thing. How much does one spend on
such a dongle and how often might one have to tojp up?
