So we have a similar problem with both iOS and with Sierra do we? That would
prompt me to hang on to my 4S with iOS9.

Now having come to a full stop with my brailliant and Sierra, and so far
Apple has not found an answer to my problem I have tried to see how the
Brailliant will work with my iPad Mini.
It seem that I am having some similar problems with my iPad Mini. Not only
are some buttons are not labeled, but my Brailliant keeps stopping to work
and I am having to switch off the Brailliant and the iPad and then switch
them back on again.
I would like very much to here from others how use a refreshable braille
display and how your Braille display work with your iPad? or am I at that
stage of my life that I have now to go back to using a windows computer?
I am sorry that this email is quite long, but I am now feeling very
