Ray, as a Bookworm user for about 18 months now, like Katrina, I have to say I love it. I can get about six books on there which means I have six portable braille books to read. It does take some time to get used to the eight cell braille display which can be set to scroll automatically at whatever speed you are comfortable with or you can advance it manually. Once you've mastered the continually refreshing braille display, you can get up quite a speed and the reading flows pretty well but don't get discouraged; it took me about a month to really get used to it. If you want portable braille, there's nothing better and I think it's worth every penny. Incidentally, can anyone tell me the version number of the latest software, please? I got the new version for windows and it doesn't work very well and needs updating. Also, where do I get it from, please? It doesn't seem to be on the Handytech website. Thanks for any help. Cheers, Sandra. ** To leave the list, send a message to:- ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
