Hi all,
I have found how you can automatically change html to plain text within
Outlook. Hit Alt T to pull down the tools menu, select options. Now
shift tab up to preferences tab. Arrow right to Mail Format tab. Now tab
down to Internet format button. In here, if you tab once, you can select
Outlook to convert emails that came in as html to go out as plain text.
