When you try to use the listen again for intouch what error message does
real player give you if any?
If you look in preferences of the real player has it got your correct
connection speed?
Those are the only things I can think of currently.

Can someone advise me on why I am not able to listen to BBc programs that
come up as real player such as in touch or listen again programs on bbc7. I
can listen again to the Afchers without any problem but that comes up as bbc
radio player. I have done several re-installations of real player but to no
effect.
