Hi Trace,

 

Actually, its not downloading the installer that's the problem, that part
has worked ok, the problem arises when I try to install the program on my
PC.

 

It reaches about 70% completed and then crashes and asks if I want to send
an error report.

 

I'm going to contact Amazon to see what they have to say.

not that problem but i had the problem where i'd install it and then when i
tried to download my purchase it wanted me to download and install it again,
went round and round in circles with that for ages, what was usingwindows 7
and internet explorer, changed to firefox and its better, may be you should
go the other way and try i e.

Using XP Home Firefox v 19 and JAWS 13

 

Have tried to install the Amazon MP3 Downloader 3 times without success.
Each time I get an "Send error/Don't send report" message.

 

Anyone else having similar problems?  If not, advice please.
