I keep them for a couple of weeks or so and if nothing goes pear shaped I delete them

Does anyone know the answer to this? When Addaware finds problems with your computer and quarantines them, it creates a file called auto quarantine something or other, and puts it in a folder called Quarantine. Can you delete these files, or should you keep them?
