Subject: [access-uk] AccessibleText editors with bookmarks

Hi All

well the Subject line says it all. Does anyone know of an
accessible text editor/book reader that I can use to read
plain text files, that has a bookmarking/annotation
capability?

Suggestions welcome!

James
