If ATW have purchased the equipment, then it goes with you to your next job. The only issue you may have, is re-registering any software, e.g. JFW etc.

The equipment definitely doesn't belong to the employer if ATW bought it for you.

Hello all,
What happens to the equipment/software that is purchased through ATW for me
by my employer if I change job after couple of years? I was told by the
employer that they belong to them and would be registered to them,
therefore, I will have to reapply for the same things.
