Hi Peter, I believe AVG needs it there so that it has somewhere to place suspect/quarantined messages. With McAfee, the folder is called "Quarantine", and any time I receive a suspect message, it is placed there. This then allows me the option of forwarding it to McAfee, or taking the risk of opening it. George. ________________________________ From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Peter Logue Sent: 16 March 2005 07:42 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] AVG virus vault. Hi all, Can anyone tell me why my AVG virus vault is a folder within my Outlook list of folders? I have deleted it many times, but its harder to get rid of than a bad girlfriend. Peter This Message has been scanned for viruses by McAfee Groupshield.
