Hi Daran,
Of course though, if you need a new machine then the 64 bit processor
is the best way to go. Doubtless there will be newer models by the
time that the real apps come out that need it, but if you are like me
and can get components reasonibly cheap then it may be better to go
with this. Having said this, have been building really fast machines
running AMD XP3200 w/1GB of RAM which work a treat, most costing less
than =A3500.
