[access-uk] A strange file that I haven't seen before some help heeded.

Hello all,
I have been sent an e-mail attachment it is a document news letter from
my daughters school.
I have not seen this extension it's a .pub file if only you could drink
it it would be OK.
What do I need to read this type of file?
